We are always engrossed with the idea that we wanted to be in control. At least, that’s what we think our brain is telling the body. Our thoughts may influence our bodies in some ways and mutually, but that’s not always the case. In fact, our body does some activities that the brain can’t interfere with. The body sometimes wants to be free and decide for itself, especially if it’s for our life and mental health.
